Vinification

Soft pressing of the grapes followed by 6 days of maceration at controlled temperatures. Aged for 3-4 months in traditional and stainless steel tanks.

Characteristics

Ruby red in colour with a fruit-forward nose. On the palate, dry and lingering cherry and wild-cherry flavours.

Food Pairings

Ideal with flavourful pastas, roasts, grilled meats, and aged cheeses.
