10% Trebbiano di Soave

Grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard and then undergo a partial drying in well-ventilated rooms between January and February. Soft pressing is followed by light maceration on the skins and fermentation at controlled initially in stainless steel and finally in small oak casks. The wine is then aged in wood for approximately 12 months on its lees with periodic battonage.


Golden yellow in colour, with a complex aroma of honey, vanilla, and dried fruit. Round flavours and pleasantly sweet with notes of bitter almond on the finish.

Perfect for after dinner, with aged cheeses, pastries, or as a sipping wine (vino da meditazione).
