The grapes are carefully selected, dried until February and afterwards carefully pressed with the addiction of selected yeasts. The wine is then barrel fermented in new barriques at controlled temperature and left on its yeasts for 12 month.
Gold-straw in colour; a rich, seductive bouquet of quince, apricot, and dried figs; full bodied on the palate with unctuous notes of apricots, almonds, caramel and and a hint of spice.
Ideal at the end of the meal with aged cheeses, rich pastries, or simply enjoyed on its own.
