SARTORI CRU WINES
A journey written in the soil
Verona: where ancient roads meet
Art city, culture, history and tradition. Verona is a wandering tale which winds its way through many ages; Roman, Medieval, Renaissance and modern. Its centre consists of the meeting point of the most important Roman roads - Via Gallica, Via Postumia, and Via Claudia Augusta. Today, as then, these ancient roads are the lifeblood of commerce and communications throughout Italy.
Here is where past and present meet, in a land rich in natural resources and enchanted places, such as Valpolicella, Lake Garda, and Lassinia.
Here in 1898 is where Sartori of Verona chose to become the centre of the winemaking tradition of Valpolicella and Verona.
Our cru wines
The Cru wines Montegradella Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Musina Lugana e Sella Soave Classico are the genuine expression of the bond linking our land, with historical vineyards, and enological traditions, which are part of us and are like roads which begin at the heart.
The new labels of the Cru range express this bond with the city and incorporate the map of Verona, highlighting the ancient Roman roads with a rich texture inspired by the ornamentation of historic Veronese monuments.
Sartori of Verona would like to celebrate the beauty of this region and bear witness to the ancient bond which is renewed every year when the first grapes sparkle on the vines like gems.
